Holidays Delivery Guidance 2024

We’re keen that you have a better idea when your GreenGreen Store order will arrive. Your order will be shipped via DPD’s fully-insured service. This is typically a next business day service (excluding a few regions such as the Scottish Highlands, etc - where the delivery will be a 2-business day service at no extra cost).
The below are some delivery timeline estimates*:
- Pre-New Year Delivery: Orders placed after the 11am 20th Dec cut-off, but before 11 am Friday 27th Dec will be dispatched on Friday 27th Dec, for delivery from Monday 30th Dec*.
- Post New Year Delivery: Orders placed after 11 am on Friday 27th December will be dispatched by Friday 3rd January 2024. Orders should be with you from Monday 6th January 2025* onwards.
Our cut-off is 11am on each of the dates above.
*These are estimates only. There may still be some delays during the popular shopping season. We do not offer guaranteed service (as such the above are estimates only). During the holidays, the delivery network may be more busy than usual - as result, it may be sensible to order sooner, rather than later.
