Holidays Delivery Guidance 2023

We’re keen that you have a better idea when your GreenGreen Store order will arrive. Your order will be shipped via DPD’s fully-insured service. This is typically a next business day service (excluding a few regions such as the Scottish Highlands, NI, etc - where the delivery will be a 2-business day service at no extra cost).
The below are some delivery timeline estimates*:
- Pre Xmas (early): Order placed by 11 am Thursday 21st December, should arrive on Friday 22nd Dec.
- Pre Christmas orders: Orders placed after 11am on 22nd Dec cut-off, but before 11 am Wednesday 27th Dec will be dispatched on Wednesday 27th Dec, for delivery from Thursday 28th Dec.
- Pre-New Year Delivery: Orders placed after the 11am 27th Dec cut-off, but before 11 am Thursday 28th Dec will be dispatched on Thursday 28th Dec, for delivery from Friday 29th Dec.
- Post New Year Delivery: Orders placed after 11 am on Thursday 28th Dec will be dispatched by Tuesday 2nd January 2024. This should be with you from Wednesday 3rd Jan 2024 onwards.
Our cut-off is 11am on each of the dates above.
