When ordering with GreenGreenStore, we offer:

  • Free Next Weekday Delivery on UK orders over £200 (small fee for under £200). Some regions, like Northern Ireland and remote areas, may incur a small fee and take 2-4 business days. All deliveries are insured. Tracking available by evening on dispatch. 
  • Order by 11 AM Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) for same day dispatch.
  • Saturday Delivery: Available for a small fee if ordered by 11 AM Friday (select at checkout). Otherwise, delivery will be on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Parcel Shop Collection: Available with valid ID if you're not home. DPD may also deliver to a parcel shop if you're unavailable.
  • No "Leave in Safe Place" nor "Leave with Neighbour" option will be available, to ensure delivery safety.

Returns/Refunds

  • 30-days Return Period (the return is pre-paid, read more here).
  • Refunds will be issued within 2 business days once we have received your return. Once issued, it may take between 2-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, this varies based on the source used. See our FAQ for more information on returns.
  • Any optional shipping upgrades, such as Saturday shipping, are non-refundable.

Northern Ireland

We wanted to share a quick update regarding our shipping to Northern Ireland. To align with the upcoming General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), effective 13th December 2024, we’ve temporarily paused shipments to Northern Ireland.

This change does not affect shipping to Scotland, Wales, or England (we'd ship there as normal). The GPSR introduces additional requirements on shipping to Northern Ireland (and the EU) due to its unique regulatory alignment with certain EU standards under the Northern Ireland Protocol. It does not affect orders shipped prior to the 13th December 2024. Thank you for your patience and understanding—we’re looking forward to restoring delivery options to Northern Ireland soon.

A used gaming laptop, tested and works (photos are of listed unit). It has a 3-month RTB warranty with usThe screen is Grade B (visible stuck pixels, see photo 3). The inside looks good (some slight signs of use on the keys and trackpad, visibly shiny from use). The outside looks okay (noticeable wears/marks on the lid/edges/base, etc). These are cosmetic only. The battery holds at least 85% original capacity (checked by HWMonitor, estimate only). A powerful laptop, expect to have some normal noise/heat under load. It comes in a securely repacked box with the charger. It is sold on the VAT margin scheme (VAT cannot be claimed back).

After the initial 30 days, the onus of the postage cost is with the buyer.

  1. During the service, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur, as we may be required to reinstall the Operating System (which will erase previous data). We are unable to offer data recovery. As a good practice, we advise our customers to regularly back up their data. 
  2. This does not apply to cosmetic wear due to use, nor existing issue(s) already noted in the original listing, nor does it cover any consumable part (e.g. the battery). During the service, if damage due to misuse is found, e.g. liquid damage /drops, cracked screen, etc, then the cover will be voided (set out fully in the "additional return policy details" below).
